4. Am I responsible for yard maintenance? 

We take care of all the common areas throughout the community, including the areas around the community center and other recreational facilities. We also mow all resident homesites. Residents are responsible for the maintenance and appearance of their landscaping.

5. How may I review the Sunshine Village Rules before I commit to buy? 

Simply visit or call the Sunshine Village office during normal operating hours and request a copy.

6. Can I sell my home? 

Homeowners may sell their homes on their own or with the assistance of a Broker. Or, let the sales professionals at Sunshine Village represent you. You will have an expert who is knowledgeable of the community with potential buyers walking into the sales office every day.
